We don't need low IQ, angry munchkin men hall monitors out and about harassing the public over petty nonsense and trying to steal money for the state.What we need are detectives. Any real crime is a something that will need to be investigated after the fact.Officers should only be allowed to approach people if called upon or if responding to a call that was made against them by another member of the public.
