The Dutch do it and their housing market is the biggest train wreck in the world now except for maybe luxembourg and hong kong. Thing is nobody builds if making money is verboten. Then you end up with a housing shortage. The dutch have a 30 year waiting list to rent a home. The dutch graduate, get a job, get on a waiting list, by the time they are 55-60 years old they MAY be eligible to rent a home, not own, just rent. Id say thats pretty fucked
