Let's have a classic /pol/ brainstorming session. How can we decrease women's participation in politics, long-term? Today, we can't exactly campaign on a platform of removing voting rights for women, but there are definitely things we can do that increases the threshold for female participation in both voting and politics. I am thinking along the lines of aligning various requirements for participation with observed boundaries between men and women: for example only allowing those who have served in combatant roles in the military to vote and be elected would reject mostly women. By removing state child support it would be more difficult for women to align work with children, meaning women with families would have trouble maintaining political careers. Can we get some ideas going?
