I totally agree. I am a total Democrat and I will vote for Bernie sanders. I love communism and socialism they are the same. We need to limit the first amendment speech rights of Americans because they do not have the responsibility required to behave and treat the chosen ones with respect. We need to limit their speech and control them with data centers.

Hate speech laws exist to protect the material interests of the ruling class. "Deamgogues might incite the mob" is an emotive conjugation of "leaders might organize the group to defend its interests"; they want a monopoly on the ability to do this so that no one can organize against them (and potentially take their stuff). They're clearly not averse to employing this tactic in general (whether that's against trans people, whites, Muslims, "racists", communists, or whoever it serves their interests to demonize at any given moment) so their sotto voce justification for it comes down to "well, we're using it responsibly to preserve the open society / the liberal order / pluralistic democracy" - which of course are all ciphers for the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie
