Every society has realized the average person has to be controlled and apparently cannot be improved beyond their natural condition. The ones that refused or were unable to do so undermined themselves and collapsed. When people complain about "women" everything they say is actually a complaint about NPCs. The female just happens to be a locus of fixation for them, so they fail to realize female NPC behavior stems from the same core basis that male NPC behavior does, which they are blind to. It's all just NPCs that are the problem. Male, female, neutered, whatever, they make up a good 90% of the population and it's likely worse in high population density areas. The inability of some people to understand it, like the inability to simulate sensory input (eg imagining an apple) or the inability to choose whether they'll generate and listen to an "inner monologue", is what makes recursion interesting. It should be a priority to determine whether this is genetic and or due to some natural condition, or if it's a form of brain damage.
