Many /pol/ users know about the finger lakes already, and the mob using this region to disappear people. But these ranges are older than humanity, they are THE oldest mountain range on the planet and were once connected with what is today the Scottish highlands (another highly energetic region, which is why Crowley set up shop there). There’s stuff much darker than even the Epstein scandal going on up there. Many believe the center of this mountain range is where “Atlantis” once sat. I think the most fascinating thing about the NY stretch of the mountains though are the dinosaur ghosts.
