Inside jail...from personal experience for most after three days of sleeping sweating as cell mates, they're clean as drum after.The hungry dead congregate subconsciously into areas they know once the fuel collapses they'll be given the release of addiction since all street level drugs are diesel dependent. It's going to be a rough ride for a lot of people. Not just street drugs but the collapse of the SRI drug chain.
