Blackpool is a special case, I did a lot of security type stiff and always advise people to go to the seaside town, see a show, enjoy the rides and attractions and then GTF out of there, do NOT ever get mixed up with the place or the people because it is fucking lethal crazy. It had huge numbers of guest houses which are used out of season for housing benefits people and transients. Up in Scotland in places like Glasgow Blackpool has a sort of Las Vegas reputation and attracts all the craziest people (knifemen) from up there. There’s a lot of prostitution and a lot of class A crack/smack dealing and a lot of people trying to grift. Go though. Enjoy the attractions.
