Every part of the Patriot missile sits in direct opposition to being manufactured at scale. Their entire tech stack- from the fuel to the attitude control to the guidance system- are artisanal modernized versions of 1970's tech. If Ukraine was allowed to reverse-engineer them, they wouldn't start making them from scratch.
