Why are there so many lonely, depressed 20somethings who rue and woe all day helplessly that their life is already over like bitter old men full of regrets?

Even among those who get to inherit a house, who had a girlfriend willing to be their wife, who are extremely talented, who have a storied family history. And yet so many wind up single, with no career or education, years of languishing in bed or their room or wandering around all day, bad relations with their parents, no plan, no investments, no retirement fund, everything they had to succeed at life and be happy and yet they don't have it or have any idea how to get it despite having all the information.

Is this what demoralization looks like? Is it sickness? Are they physically unwell and hurting?

I think they always tell them to put off everything including finding a life partner to stay in school and finish it, but they never actually have an idea as to what they should get a degree for. That they should set the bar so high despite their frail bodies that most of their initial picks are simply gaslit out of existence. So they run out of ideas and become drifters. They are probably told constantly they can't do anything or are discouraged so much they try nothing, because nothing is ever good enough to prevent them from working the icky jobs which they are too sick to work.

I think I finally understand what it means to be truly broken. It didn’t happen all at once—it was a slow, painful process. But the final straw? Pan Piano’s net worth.

I work 12-hour shifts, come home to my fat bitch of a girlfriend who wasn’t always like this. She used to be normal, decent even, but once she hit 20, she started ballooning like every other American woman. First, it was little things—more fast food, less effort, more nagging. Then, before I even realized what was happening, she was just there, a miserable, entitled blob, treating me like some human ATM while complaining about everything.

Still, I kept my head down. I worked. I saved. I told myself it would get better. Then I made the mistake of looking up Pan Piano’s net worth.

Three million dollars. In just three years. All because she plays piano while wearing stupid, sexy cosplay outfits. That’s it. That’s all it took. Meanwhile, I’ve spent years breaking my back for less than nothing—just enough to keep myself alive in a world that doesn’t care. No talent, no innovation, no hard work, just sex appeal and a piano and she’s set for life.

I haven’t been to work in a week. Didn’t even quit. Just stopped showing up. What’s the point? There is none. There never was. I see now that my entire existence is just a joke played at my expense. I can’t even bring myself to be angry anymore. Just empty.

I used to think there was some fairness in the world. That hard work meant something. That if I suffered enough, things would eventually even out. But no. Life is just one long humiliation.

My will has been exhausted.

The lockdowns (2020) combined with discovering /pol/ as well as other alternative outlets and learning the truth has crippled me.

Always was an outcast but when I finished high school and went down the self-improvement road I had a plan and hope for the future. I spent 2 days in college before the lockdowns began and both men and women swarmed to me.
Weight loss, strenuous exercise, grunt jobs, martial arts, cold showers and austerity beyond normal, all self-imposed for years combined with surrogate and academic education on all practical subjects was my path to becoming what can only be referred to as Nietzsche's Overman.

But my will has been exhausted. The veil has been lifted. Reached the conclusion that I am a tax-cattle serf in a prison nation where everything human and masculine is either illegal or prohibitely expensive. I can't hunt, I can't own firearms, I can't drive a motorcycle at full speed. Can't be a man. My only options are to drink, smoke, do drugs and gamble. If you keep up on global events you can see everything and everyone has gradually become gayer and more retarded and insane. Consequently I have become more alienated and ostracized.

I'm fine with being alone. Fine with nobody remembering or caring about any important conversation. I'm fine with life being cruel and unfair. I'm fine with at 24 never having had a social circle, a woman, real friendship, or any other milestone. I said it'd get better. It's fine. Life doesn't guarantee "Happiness".
