It's only going to get worse too.There are some cities in India where 70+% of them believe plastic biodegrades like cardboard does. Where you have more than 50% open defecation rate. There the rivers aren't even visible because they're covered in so much plastic. Why would they be competent at anything?

Then they all pulled the whatever and started mass hiring in India.A guy who does technical interviews here for SAP in India, told me that he gets copy-pasted keyword stuffed resumes from India in hundreds, and only 1 out of 10 jeet actually qualifies and gets to a tech interview. If some LLM can review all customer complaints and route them to the right internal person for example, if that costs hundredths of a penny each time, there is someone charging $50 an hour and paying an Indian company $20 do the exact same job that won't be happy about that.
