What's anon's opinion on Sig sauer? Sean Strickland has rejected it.

jew guns. Total trash.

So pricy you'd think it was made by kimber.

only cowards and weak people get told what to do
>>

Aren’t people trashing it because it’s now being mass assembled in India, leading to crazy things happening like a higher rate of NDs??
>>
>>540556284
Jews have nice guns, this is strictly for goyim and zogbots built with the cheapest Indian parts shekels can buy. Sad since SIG used to make great guns when they were still building out of Germany
>>
>>540556284
But goy, you can give your clipped dick a prince Albert now. The gun will decide for you.

I bought a sig years ago but never took it to the range or anything.
They just misfire right? They don't actually explode in your hand?

Oh man I GOTTA hear his take HE CARRIED A PISTOL SOMETIMES WHEN HE WAS A HECKIN NAVY PUPPER SEAL
>>
>>540556715
The new ones "allegedly" have a tendency to misfire due to an enormous gap between the slide and the frame. There's a few videos detailing how it happens.
>>
>>540556477
Aka steel frame models. Aka the p226 and maybe just maybe the p220 if you really want a .45. Sig can't into wonder 9s.

A gun that misfires on its own, inside a holster is far worse then a gun that explodes. The one that explodes can't be swept under the rug and would never make it to the market either because that would be an engineering disaster. Besides, A gun that blows up is almost always user era.

>Sean gets banned because he has no filter and said mean things about jews.
>Two second reminder: He's the champ
>Shows up anyway to create a scene.
>Gets arrested

Meanwhile- U R GAY

Sean would also jab your head all day and you could do nothing back.
>>
>>540556601
Nah, the NDs with their p320s was a design flaw with the safety, unironically because the (probably) white guy who designed it was a lazy cunt.
>>
>>540557087
I mean I guess that's true but I don't even keep a round in the chamber unless I'm drawing with intent to shoot. The time to rack is negligible for me. Also I have the 365XL model which apparently doesn't have the misfire problems of the 320.

Which handgun should I get next? I should probably get another one anyway and finally get my CCL.
>>
>>540556837
Almost every manufacturer has a wonder 9. Most better then glock. Glock quality control his slide so even there last selling point of ultra reliability is out the window. So it costs more, performs worse then others, has less features. They discontinued all their older models and made one to prevent giggle switches. Not even a week into sales it's been giggle switched. Almost everyone has a better pistol. Only hidden saving grace is after market support, which is not a strong suit many of these other guns have what you looking for or don't need these after market items as they come out of the box better. I dare say Canik is better brand.

>>
>>540557498
Do you live in hot weather or cold? Or I should just say if you can get away with carrying a duty size pistol sure, but it's probably better to sacrifice some shoot ability for a subcompact. I would say go to a range with pistols to rent and try some and get the one that feels good to you. Some might have better triggers but might be to snappy, or the grip is just to slim for your hands and it tends to have a little slip. You don't really know until you try it. I like Walther style pistols, the pre cock striker triggers make shooting easy.
>>
A real man chooses a revolver
>>
>>540557386
Oh
Anyways, what’s a good gun to have on my person for self defense?
I live in Texas. So I have more options than most
I was thinking a Glock 19
I’m from a no guns household, as evidenced by this post
>>
>>540557997
Yeah I don't believe you. Glock is not particularly great but they don't fire on their own. They are extremely drop safe. Present the youtuber in question.
>>
>>540557997
That's why I carry double action, it's all revolvers or autoloaders with the hammer down. PX4 is my favorite CZ P07 is a close second
>>
>>540558135
A glock is probably fine but like I said some youtuber recently blew his nuts off with one appendix carrying it. I have a p365 as my CC since its smaller and won't print as easily, and it doesn't have the ND issue the p320 has
>>
>>540558198
It didn't fire on its own, he was running drills and made a mistake. It's just that with appendix carry and a relatively light trigger that's an easy mistake to make

>>
>>540556189
Most of what they make besides the 320 is very shootable/serviceable.
>>
>>540558313
Glocks do not have light triggers. Their triggers are known to be extremely spongy. So it was a molded trigger probably with the shoe removed or rendered a decorative item. Then let me guess he tried to stuff it into his pants and caught his shirt in-between the trigger and the holster. So user era up and down. Nothing to do with the pistol.
>>
>>540558324
Don't do that, you definitely want more than just 2 rounds, there's a reason why cops mag dump, it's either you or them and you better make sure when you're defending yourself that the other party stops moving. Honestly most modern striker fired pistols are probably fine, look into the p365, m&p shield plus, HK vp9cc, etc
>>
>>540558515
Ok thanks! I’ll start researching
And I saw your link with the nutless wonder. Jesus Christ how horrifying
>>
>>540558562
Tbf I was kinda trolling, the guy accidentally shot his nuts off, the glock 19 is a fine choice, I have one myself actually lol. But might be a good idea to just be more careful if you do want to appendix carry anything since you are basically aiming at your own nuts

Listen. Just go to a gun rental shop, rent some polymer pistols you think you can CC. Shoot them, pick which one you like best. If the price is chin scratching lower then the mean price of the other pistols THEN do some homework. Don't want you walking him with a kel-tec or a Taurus. Also stick to 9mm. Second gun you can do whatever the hell you want but 9 is the standard there is no pissing and moaning about it. It's just way to common not to ignore and everything else is pretty much boutique in the pistol category at this point.

>>540558324
CZ P01 (aluminum frame) or P07 (polymer)
Beretta PX4 (fullsize or compact)
HK P2000

Set them up in a decocker only configuration, that was instead of having a manual safety you can use the decocker to safely drop the hammer. Then the first shot has a long and heavy trigger pull so you can't accidentally set it off. Though after the first shot the hammer stays cocked, meaning if you want to run drills like that castrated Glock guy you need to also practice using the decocker before reholstering
>>
>>540556284
even worse:
>made in india, designed by jews
>>
>>540557498

>>
>>540558632
You can just as easily side carry and shoot one off into your femoral artery and just die instead. Or rear carry, slip on ice, land on your gun, break your spine, and die.

All things have costs and trade offs. Don't say side carry because now you are just printing like you are a book factory.

By a kidex holster, no boomer leather, a decent one where you can adjust tension. Learn the basics of holstering and un holstering and practice empty of course. It's not hard. Move you clothes away with force then pull out, and your finger is not going anywhere near the trigger until the gun is up and pointing. 99% of mistakes come from these two rules be relaxed. Guys racing to get on the triggers before its even out and bam they put one in their foot.
>>
>>540556715
It's not much different than a recall on a vehicle, they changed the parts on the effected model and serial number range.
Them getting a suspicious amount of military contracts is another issue, their handguns are great.
>>
>>540559245
One of the better subcompact. I'm not S&W fan myself but the bodyguard really is one of the better ones. NO gen ones though. Some of the worst triggers to ever be put in a striker pistol and pistols in general.

Rugar is my go to, reliable and cheap in case I have to dump it in the lake
>>
>>540559392
I have a P365 X Macro, expensive and frankly not that great. I swapped the trigger for something better along with a titanium striker but it's still bulky for kidney carry for me, so I use a SW Shield 2.0 .30SC now, so much better for like half the price.
>>
>>540556189
I have a 2022 that I need to chop. It had an uncommanded discharge sitting on the keyboard slide of my desk. Luckily it was pointing in a safe direction and my place is from the 50's and built like a brick shithouse. I tried contacting Sig Sauer to turn it in and they never got back to me about it. Never again. My house gun is an FN reflex now.
>>
>>540559392
Their handguns are by far their weakest products. The MCX is probably the only thing worth buying and .300 blackout is a trash round. Just a preemptive strike to people who thinks sigs is good, which it is better then most platforms. It's just .300 blackout fucking sucks and a retard designed that round.

Most people are never going to train enough to be competent in an emergency. People will make mistakes. For the vast majority of concealed carriers they're better off just getting a revolver

I love my xmacro, have the comped model set up for duty carry with the aluminum frame. I'm constantly in awe that it's so petite yet has 18 rounds in duty carry (22 with the small extension)
I was forced to conceal carry the giant fucking P320 for like 6 months though so the xmacro felt tiny by comparison.
>>
>>540559602
Why do you consider .300blk to be trash?
I bought my .300blk MCX as a pure subgun that I will suppress for fun, but will probably get a 5.56 upper at some point for it. Already have a DD Mk18 but fuck it why not two.
>>
>>540559959
P320 was a pile of shit when I shot it and that was before the whole drop fire fiasco. I like the Macro X alright but it's just a fat gun so it printed a lot. Shield 2.0 has been fantastic by comparison.

Anon you're comparing my 18 round wonder 9 which is 0.15 inches wider than your 8 round single stack subcompact. I have literally more than double the capacity at nearly the exact same size.
>>
>>540560000
Because the point of .300 blackout is you go from wimpy subsonic .30 cal diameter bullet to a hot one in AR mag in AR frame. Well any .30 cal subsonic already checks that box. So ak47 patterns, .308 patterns. Ok, so now you want to shoot something hot to hit something farther away or have some real velocity back. Well your point of impact just shifted drastically and you need two sets of optics to aim.

There is no point other then it can fit in an AR mag. Now there is the hidden danger of loading a .300 blackout mag into a 5.56 gun and now you can kiss your fingers goodbye.
>>
>>540560328
It's a double stack, bud. It holds 16 rounds. I own both, I kinda know both guns since I stripped them both down for trigger replacements. The grip was annoyingly big as well, so it would print bad whenever I bent over at all. As I said, kidney carry.

I would like to make an amendment as .300 blackout manufacturers, at least this is last I heard, will crip the case a certain way so when you load it into a 5.56 gun it won't go into battery and hopefully the dumb easy mistake gets noticed.

Both fine guns but don't expect good metallurgy. The PSA ARs really do 90% of what the duties do. They just wear out "quickly" for a rifle. Which is fine if it's your gun that only use. It would never make it through a military as a gun has to survive hundreds of thousands of rounds and only certain things are expected to be replaced. Aka bolt heads with stripped lugs, broken firing pins, extractors, springs, and barrel.

5.7 was made for longer barrels. So you have a large pistol, with a long barrel, that's still not long enough for her pleasure. No one is carrying 5 inch barrels.

You are all chasing the wrong things in pistols trying to make them rifles. Just buy exotic hollow points with +P or close to it performance. Also make sure to check if said pistol is rated for +P.
>>
>>540559174
They're made a stone's throw from me in Newington, New Hampshire, just off to the side of the Portsmouth airport and Pease AFB. The company is Sig Sauer Inc., owned by an Israeli kike, Ron Cohen. I've met a few acquaintances who work for them and, as one would expect, everything went downhill when a kike got control of the operation.

They're all good now. Glock, S&W, Canik, Springfield, Ruger, and so on.

Glock is great. But just know you're getting the Toyota Camry of guns. It's nothing to write home about, but it will absolutely do the job. Plus Glock mags are everywhere and used in an increasingly long list of other guns.

You should look at some actual ballistics testing and stop believing movies. You don't need a fucking 10mm if you aren't hunting large game.

Sig Saar?
>>
>>540561652
>No one is carrying 5 inch barrels.

Not EDC, well - not sane normal people.
I was sold on the 5.7 after I read the AAR on that fine diverse doctor who shot-up Fort Hood.
Pricey as a whore, but worth it on the job.
>>
>>540561657
What are you talking about it's just good captilism? Hire a jew, unlock connections, win every military/LEO contract despite being behind the curve. Sig has never been sitting better. Only the consumer gets to eat shit. They are raking in shekels like it was a free money printer.
>>
>>540561897
>Sig Saar?

kek
>>
>>540561792
>Glock is great. But just know you're getting the Toyota Camry of guns.
This is true, especially since newer Camrys have an incredibly low roofline and a huge blindspot on the A pillar. Their ergonomics are just terrible, which is a good comparison for Glock with their "perfect" grip angle and U-shaped sights.
>>
>>540562058
Glock just redid their whole line to prevent switches and actually made a better option for switches lol.
>>
>>540561740
No external safety. Never going to win. These pistols almost never get used to the point of negligent discharges are the bigger liability. 90 IQ MPs and Master at Arms need to be retard proofed. It's simply a numbers game.
>>
>>540562058
If Glock would just fix that horrid grip with some optional backstrap options, I think I would be able to use one but as it stands I can't stand shooting them. Really want to like them since they're cheap as shit and parts are a dime a dozen. Mags are so nice compared to my fucking Walther.
>>
>>540561983
Yes, the jew's connections winning future government contracts is the obvious easy sell. Employees are eating shit too. Only a select few get to benefit much from the jewish model.
>>
What does /k/ think about this?
>>
>>540562058
>which is a good comparison for Glock with their "perfect" grip angle and U-shaped sights.

And insane variation in production quality.
Some are fine, some suck so bad you would think they are built in someone's tool-shed.
Hard pass, thanks for asking.
>>
>>540561000
I wasnt talking shit about 10mm you autist.
I was making fun of the boomers that think 1911s are the end all be all of every day carry. /k/troons arent beating the autistic faggot allegations.
>>
>>540561792
The real answer is to just get an RXM. Simple as.
>>

>What does /k/ think about this?
Trannies, furries, Ukraine? Buttplug-NAFO-cum?
>>
>>540562175
>What does /k/ think about this?

Who gives a shit?
Aside from Ivan I care not for the opinions of midwits.
>>
>>540562058
It's just a more European style of grip angle vs a more vertical American 1911 style. Both are fine and not a big deal. Glocks are just beyond mediocre at this point and the Toyota camery analogy is not a good one.
>>
>>540556837
Probably the Glock 48. The new trend is to make the gun as small as possible with the most rounds in the magazine. Never mind if they shoot like shit though. The market is gearing towards first time buyers who just want something small to stick in their purse or pocket rather than duty grade shit.
>>
>>540556189
I have an EAA .357. I like a revolver better personally. I shot probably 20,000 rounds of .22lr through a revolver growing up. Plus they don't jam and if I have to use it I don't have to worry about leaving shell casings. If you can't get the job with six from a .357 you deserve to die lol.
>>
>>540562429
Meant Glock 43* :)
>>
>>540562159
My pet peeve is actually the finger grove on the side. It's on all European pistols and it's pretty much forced their by American import and manufacturing laws. People figured out, "hey I want to put my thumb on a shelf so I can help push and drive the gun down.
>>
I used to dislike glock, but I tried the gen 6 and now I like it. I carry a glock 17 gen 6 now every day.
>>
>>540556189
No point to carry anything but Smith & Wesson. Even Glock has gone to complete shit, jamming in every damn cop video.
>>
>>540562449
>I like a revolver better personally.

Not going to lie, but facing World-Wide Jihad or The Great and Glorious day with one of these ugly fuckers in a open-top gunbelt would be total kino.
>>
>>540562146
That's a solid point. US military has to retard proof everything, iirc the reason tje Sig contract got botched was because an Air Force MP blew his dick off and died while on post fucking around. And the Air Force is supposed to be the smart ones of the bunch. Either way sad to see such a universally good brand get shafted for a jew brand like modern Sig. That's the story of the western world though. Same reason we won't move to 7.62
>>
>>540562865
>jamming in every damn cop video.

Honest Ask.
Is it just me or do body-cams show that when cops mag dump they miss 99% of the time?
Glocks being Glocks or is their training really that terrible?
>>
>>540562449
Yeah no. The trigger pull for the double action is 10 fucking pounds. So now let's now do something dangerous in antiquated way and carry that thing cocked single action. Now we are at 4lbs..... Still worse then a sloppy glock trigger. Now let's have a round that kicks like a mule and this has been done a million times before you are not out dumping someone with a smaller pistol round with more capacity. The old cope was "WELL AUTO LADERS ARE NOT RELIABILTA!" When it's quite the opposite and a ton of shit can go wrong with a wheel gun.

There is a reason cops moved on to .38 special until what they really desired came along which was reliable auto loaders.

Let people shoot at you under full adrenaline and let us know how accurate you are.
>>
>>540562897
If you held that thing in your hand for two seconds you quickly realize you would hate it. Hope your wearing some really grippy gloves because your pistol has a crooked dick with no ribs. It's like they sat down and said "How do we get this thing to swing as hard as I fucking can into my face."
>>
>>540563000
>Either way sad to see such a universally good brand get shafted

Sorry, bro. Sig really does just suck.
Groupings are terrible, muzzle rise is comical, they are heavy as bricks and the ergonomics are just bad.
If I had to EDC a Sig I would leave it home and carry a nice walking-stick instead.
Lighter and I would connect when I had to swing it.
>>
>>540563153
>and let us know how accurate you are.

Pretty good, actually. I came up 11B before I went contract.
>>
>>540563261
>"How do we get this thing to swing as hard as I fucking can into my face."

Laughed out loud at that.
Thanks, anon.
>>
>>540563054
Adrenaline fucks hard man. Training is the only thing that can help override it. Cops should do practices where they run through an obstacle course, stuff with vaulting low walls and using your forearms, and really get the heart rate up and then make them try to do accuracy drills under pressure.

This is probably to much to ask for for zoggle bots so a box of jelly donuts will have to do. Don't forget the group sex with the station slag.
>>
>>540563330
In other words, you didn't see any action. If you were actually effective they would have put you behind a scope. My old man was a marksman and did radar, it's not that tough to ding steel. Historical infantry accuracy is abysmally low in all major conflicts, with snipers, artillery and such carrying the load. Infantry are generally there for suppression and frankly cannon fodder. Once again, show us your accuracy while in a live fire fight, same situation as the cops.

Sean Strickland said he had monkey pox at some point in his life on the shawn Ryan show. Dis nigga gay and he's married to a jew. He used to be a Nazi and I think they buck broke this guy
>>
>>540563499
>so a box of jelly donuts will have to do

kek

I remember close-contact drills where I was so smoked I was pukeing between shots.
Good Times
Anyway, the algorithm served me a vid where a Donut-muncher was less than 15 feet away from the POC, mag-dumped at the guy in profile, and he kept walking away.
Bizarre in the extreme.
America has become a real freakshow.
>>
>>540563499
Playing horror shooting games like Resident Evil 4 and 8 help with that. You are essentially training for intense scenarios. Sure a nog running at you is scary, but is a giant fetus demon not even scarier? When I first played the game, I think I mag dumped entire pistol and couldnt think of how to operate it. Cops should have bi-weekly rsnfe requirements and VR training. Hell, they could make a sweet Cop VR game where you have to do traffic stops and domestic abuse scenarios. Most of these coos just don't have a trained fight or flight response.
