Ok, so, I used to work for an ISP and got LOADS of calls about this. Still gives me nightmares and shit. Is there any dedicated forum or place to talk about this? I am just curious, maybe I can help these people in the future? Whenever they would call in I would be so powerless to help. At first I thought they were crazy, but after the 10th caller telling me someone was shutting off their internet at regular intervals and hacking all of their devices I started to suspect maybe some of them are real.
