Kabbalah exists as a way for Jews to build themselves up emotionally, and psychologically groom and torment people they dislike. Once you learn the basics you can start to see it used everywhere. For example the 2 party political system where each party has Stockholm syndrome for their preferred Jew. This is obviously surface level and you need a Jewish handbook on psychological warfare or manipulation to see specific tactics they use.
