Pretty sure he’s half joking. Probably his real take is that you can still do most things but because you waited so long certain high ambition things are off the table. Sadly, there’s a lot of truth to this. I’m 33 and in the last 3 years I’ve realized that if you ever want to be really great at something you pretty much need to be on that path or at least an adjacent path by your late 20s.
