OK tell me.I own my home, I bought it with cash. It's a 110 or so year old home, one of the first three electrified ones in my entire county. It's a craft built home made by an architect. It's about 1500 square feet.I like it because there's no Chinese radioactive drywall and countertop shit in it, it can all be fixed, and everything is super overbuilt. I have TWO subfloors, my floor is suspended on a layer of cork (!) which makes it great for my nice stereo system.
