The party picks their leader as PM, who the entire public typically hate, and there's a revolt against government from the plebsC. Parties can't work out who their leader should be, a series of them back stab one another, leading to general chaosD. The central executive isn't the prime minister, so the prime minister can't make an executive order, declare a war, command the armed forces, there's actual a beuroxrat whojust rubber stamps parliment votes.
