For everyone chimping out local small biz prices, that is largely due to regulations.In a better run society, where small biznesses exist in mass number and regularly provide services to the majority of the population, the prices of both small and large biz offers are much lower. Competition etc.The West has not had anything remotely close to free markets even in this respect for many decades.
