Like, I'm not even saying people shouldn't smoke it - period. But it's really not this dychotomy of what either side of the spectrum of opinions wants to paint it is. It's neither "totally safe, dude(TM)" nor is it the "devil's incense(R)". It's good for some people and some medicinal purposes when smoked and then only in certain amounts that vary highly from person to person. Rarely do I take a toke off someone's spliff these days, and then only to remind myself why I don't miss it. I don't think anyone that smokes that stuff on a daily basis can tell me they're not addicted.
