Rumors have been swirling around elite republican circles in Washington DC that republicans are considering running either Ivanka or Don jr for the 2028 republican presidential nomination.

it makes sense we need to keep up Trump's legacy, Which one of them would you vote for?

Baron obviously

These 'rumors' are only circulating because its obvious that nobody has any fucking idea what to do with the republican party after Donald fucked the country sideways so hard that they have to tell people that meat is an unrealistic expectation and you should eat organs instead but also the economy is better than ever. There was always going to be a power vacuum after Trump left the stage as the party had to reconcile with what to do next, but now its especially bad but they can't actually openly prepare for a post-MAGA party because Trump would flip his shit if he saw anyone implying that the world cut to ending credits when he dies.

Running one of Trump's kids is a total non-starter. No one cares about them, and their claim to fame being "I'm the kid of the guy who created the massive mess you are now in" isn't a strong sales pitch.
>>
>>540611484
people are mad at republicans, but not mad at Trump. His children would probably be the only candidates that had a chance with all the MAGA support base.
>>
>>540611622
the maga base isnt what it was. how many trump signs do you see?
>>
>>540610669

>>
>>540611484
Either vance or Rubio could beat any contender on the dem side.
Unlike the democrats, the republicans have actually been cultivating a bench of strong candidates the democrats are currently fighting a civil war over the role of communism in the platform.
>>
>>540610669
every time they will run a catastrophe or bad economical times, they try to place a woman in charge.
just for the subconscious mass population accept the bad circumstances as natural error because "woman can´t do shit well".
>>
>>540613159
The civil war *is* the democrats cultivating a bench, anon. A big part of why the democratic lineup is so pathetically weak is because their base wants progressives but the DNC geriatrics refused to give them a seat at the table. The current internal power struggle is the DNC's grip having finally slipped to the point that they can no longer keep their progressive wing contained, and the strong democrat lineup is going to emerge from the conflict, either in the form of the most charismatic progressive or the establishment dem that rose to the challenge to keeping the DSA out of the big chair for a while longer.

I think all Americans should vote for Michelle. It's time.
>>
>>540610669
"Rumors". Don Jr. married Bettina Anderson, whose father was Jeffrey Epstein's banker. He pretty much fucked himself. There's a hit out on Ivanka by the IRGC, and the country will never accept a woman as president, let alone one whose father has polarized this nation to the breaking point. Neither are getting nominated, so stop trying to determine the level of support on an "anonymous" online honeypot like the fucking mouthbreathing retard that you are.

I like Mike Johnson, he is cool.
>>
>>540611796
His support is now like 30%. At its peak it was like 38%. So few Americans vote that it's still a HUGE amount of supporters that see him as their infallible God.
If you go online, yes, there's a lot of disillusionment, but not in the heartland of the retards that only pay attention to propaganda if they attention to the world at all.

The republican party's equivalent to this actually already happened in 2016. THAT was when their control slipped and the much more right-leaning extreme ate the party from within.
Remember how much the GOP *hated* Trump and his base when the primaries started? The never-trumpers, calling them the 'alt-right' to try and make them distinct from the rest of the republican party, all of the drama during the RNC where people genuinely were debating whether the delegates would just choose to give the nominee to another candidate regardless of what the people voted for in a last-ditch effort to keep Trump out of power? Etc.
2016 was the GOP coming out of the Obama years without a strong candidate or game plan, their big revelation from their Obama-era strategy meeting about how to get people to vote for them was "smile more", already prepared for Hillary Clinton to be the next president. Then Trump showed up, brought all of the charisma that they lacked, wiped them out in the primaries and they couldn't keep him from taking over the party to the point that MAGA still holds the GOP effectively hostage a decade later. You either kiss the ring or you are out on your ass on the American right.
Without Trump as a viable candidate anymore, the GOP is actually in a worse position than they started in because now they have even less of a game plan and a massively bad reputation sitting in their lap that they have no ability to shift the blame on because they were in total control when it all went wrong.

>>540610669
Never mind the Trumps everyone wants Hunter Biden crackheads rule, big up innit
Hunter for the next 8 years.
>>
>>540611484
They all will be fucked in the ass if they won't get any position in power after trump is gone. And tgey are too stupid to manage someone else in power representing then. They will spend billions on a compaign only to loose to someone like aoc or hunter biden.
>>
>>540613159
People don't decide who they vote for based on the abilities. Neither of those two has a face for presidency. Both look weird af and offputting. Besides, they both are sellouts. Doesn't matter how competent they are.
>>
>>540614338
I think we disagree. Trump was completely neutralized early by the GOP. The GOP was more than happy to collude with the dems to halt Trump's agenda. 2nd Term Trump was basically told by ZOG, "You do what we say or you go to jail" when that didn't work they tried to kill him. That seems to be the moment Trump capitulated. MAGA has been completely absorbed by the GOP brass. There's no wall, no deportations, and we're in another ME war. The Neocons devoured MAGA bones and all. Now we do agree on this
>the GOP is actually in a worse position than they started in because now they have even less of a game plan and a massively bad reputation sitting in their lap that they have no ability to shift the blame
The GOP is utterly fucked longterm. They've MASSIVELY alienated their ground game base.
