The closest I saw is when like a swarm of kids and people on motorcycles just kept joining and the police gave up bc it was obvious everyone was joining in due to online flash mob shit and it was way more dangerous to keep it going with like 50 motorcycles getting chased as an irregular group than giving up and picking up whatever tags they could to prosecute later.
