When they do have employees, they cut their hours down to poverty levels until they quit. Full timers get the minimum allowed in a week, usually 32 hours, and part timers get like 6-8 hours a week because there's no rule.It increases shareholder value to understaff. Loyal employees are just overworked enough but not willing to quit, customers are slightly pissed the service is worse, but not bad enough to go anywhere else.
