Their aim is not to get rid of white people altogether, but rather change white countries so that they would be more diverse to the point of natives no longer constituting a majority. So, when they say they are shaping Europe to become multicultural, they are not exactly lying, and this is being done for a very pragmatic reason, not some ethnic hatred. In countries where only natives and Jews exist, the latter stand out because of how different they are culturally and religiously. Their foreign ways and customs immediately make them targets for discrimination both deserved and undeserved. And since they refuse to assimilate, the only way to fix this is to change the countries' demographics so that they are no longer just "natives and Jews" in one country, but instead a hodgepodge of different ethnicities and nationalities. This way Jews no longer stand out, they become much less visible and prone to attacks than in monocultural societies, - here they are just one of the many different groups living together. On a bigger political scale, Israel is attempting the same in the Middle East. They would support any kind of separatist minority in neighbouring countries, be it Kurds or Druze, because the more diverse the Middle East gets, the easier it would be for such a foreign non-Arabic, non-Muslim, non-local entity to fit in. That is the gist of the strategy.
