Like, in most other Muslim countries, the culture and the people themselves have always been moderate and there haven't been any major shifts. The true population is like 20m real saudis and 15m+ foreigners.At any given time something like 5m Saudis are overseas too so shrinks that number even further. Some Saudi kid I met here who smoked weed all day while in school that real saudis hardly ever go out except for shopping or the mosque they live in large compounds like communities and have house events away from the foreigners and morality police.
