There was a guy called Nick Leeson, who ended up as a trader that gets promoted as a general manager. Initially he has success but his promotion to management was a mistake (perhaps the Peter Principle at work). Anyway, I believe that one of his employees incurs a loss that's not that big. But rather than admit the loss, Nick decides to hide it. He tells himself that he can make it back and cover it. But what ends up happening is that he takes a riskier strategy to try to make up the loss, and losses again. Again it's not the end of the world, it's just going to be a massive disappointment to his boss, maybe he would get demoted or fired at that point. But he continues to commit fraud to hide it. Now fast forward years, the loss becomes huge and he has do more and more fraud to cover it up. Eventually he's at a point where he's trying to trade in large amounts to move the markets to cover his massive losses and gets totally wiped out. And this ultimately is what brings down the bank he works for.So what I'm trying to say here is that maybe in the 60s the Democrats did tip the scales a little (and got away with it). Maybe things like importing voters also helps. But ultimately if they're doing fraud year after year, to try to keep up the illusion that they're incredibly popular, maybe it just gets to such insane levels that not even your average "am gonna voot" retard believes the circus anymore. Could we be getting to that point? Because I definitely think there is a kind of "debt" to this fraud.
