They'll claim that it could also compromise ongoing investigations, but the maxim "it's better that ten guilty men go free than one innocent man should suffer" is a foundational principle of our justice system, and if in fact that is what they're serving, then they should be held to that standard. That kind of oversight would also severely limit its usefulness as well. Enacting both would make them almost entirely useless. That's how you beat Flock.
