Schools should be segregated based on cognitive ability starting around age 7-8, when it starts to become pretty obvious that some students are brighter than others, then around age 14 they should further divide based on personality profiles and aptitudes/career interests. Unironically, schooling would work far better if we treated in like an RPG class system where students where students are assigned a "class" based on their IQ, OCEAN profile and interests/aptitudes, then they go that school designed for that class. It's all names, places, things, no deeper concepts. They react the the words the same way the react to an image. They mostly use social media for video content, though.
