Smoked a couple ounces a month from ~2010 until ~2025 and it had lost most of its benefits years before that even with tolerance breaks. Was getting to the point where I would just get anxious and spend all night staring at my screen thinking about every dumb decision I’d made my whole life and in a semi-paranoid state. I would avoid interacting with people because I was nervous I would act like a dumb burnout (I would). Stopped cold turkey and the anxiety is gone and my sleep has improved a lot as well. It’s nice to actually have dreams again. I never believed it could lead to psychosis but I think I was definitely on the road there, especially looking back on what I was like.
