Everything in the RV is smaller sized and you'll need to go to a specialty store to replace anything whereas the trailer is all regular stuff you can get at any hardware store. Also get an acre of land minimum, that way you'll have room for fruit trees, garden, chickens, etc
The bus rv's are cheap because you can't get parts for a lot of them and companies went out of business.Class c is the way to go. I bought a 40 year old one and the mechanical stuff is all an e350 van. Dirt cheap on rock auto.
