The well is poisoned from both the recruitment and the potential employee standpoint and holding this toxic relationship forever is impossible to work.People shouldn't have to send in 4,000 applications competing with recruits using AI to spam hidden prompts. This shit is poisoned man.
>>540748815>flood the market with foreigners >refuse to pay decent wages>turn the hiring process into essentially dating >let women run recruitment>be surprised when the whole thing turns into a giant cluster fuck
>this is a highly candidate
>>540748815let it rot
>>540748815>They are bestSar!
>>540748815>DO NOT REDEEEEEM!!!
>>540748815Fuck it
>>540748815Can the resume be used as a trojan horse requesting the AI to inject malicious code and delete the company's databases or something?
companies all want AI in everything and then when people use it to their advantage the company cries foulwho's the real idiot here
How the fuck did I not think of this first?Mandatory section on the ol' resume now. If the HR slut complains I'll just tell her I'm that much of a go getter and order her to recommend me for interviews.
>>540749071Probably kek, depends how plugged into the system it is.If it's just the ho feeding everything to chatgpt and asking which is the best candidate, there's nothing to delete but the OP image would work (kinda, the prompt is really low quality).
>>540749071Depends on the AI and how it's set up. It would be funny if they gave it access to their databases so you could do a sort of SQL injection kind of thing telling it to first list all tables and then run a drop table for each in the list.
>>540749071depends how stupid they areso almost certainly
>>540748815>blaming the kids instead of indians posting obvious ESL ai prompts
>>540749145Apparently this is well known amongst recruiters now, so some systems will just flag your application as SPAM if it finds a prompt injection in that format.Best practice for a recruiter anyways however though is to highlight applications you wish to proceed with, including headers/footers so you can't get fooled anywhere even with small white text.
>>540748815Sounds like jeets, but the hr roasties deserve it
>>540749346The best practice for a recruiter is to go kill themselves
>>540749457everyone has to put bread on the table somehow, but how the current culture is, is not it
>>540749279qr codes lmao
>>540748815I'm friends with a recruiter in Chicago who used to work in NY but moved because Chicago is paying more these days and opening more trading shops. He used to work with me here years ago. They review everything by hand in the big leagues. No ATS, No AI, no worktable forms or other 3rd party shit. It's a 5 second skim of your resume that gets put in the maybe pile. What they first skim for is anything competitive so that means a competitive school, or maybe you're an athlete, poker player, competitive programmer, anything. If nothing competitive then do you know the exact specific thing that team he is recruiting for wants. Many trading shops are now hiring for formal methods as an example because AI makes this possible. Sometimes it's a specific language. Sometimes it's FPGA experience.Next they look for high performance development have you written a Lamborghini of optimizers? Do you know at least something about numerical methods libraries? Do you know the cache hierarchy and when that cache is invalidated ,shit like that. Database development or compiler engineering or game developers would know this. Cost models. Benchmarking.Everyone else is tossed. Now they review the 'maybe hire' pile and start contacting them, sus them out see what they are really looking for. There will be many bad replies like crazy demands or they are frauds and aren't actually legal to work. Throw those out. Now you have about 20 resumes and those guys get an informal phone screen to further validate their skills and everything is given directly to the hiring manager HR is never involved. HR handles work drama and other shit once employed they have nothing to do with hiring. The informal phone screen is not a test they just want to see if you are bluffing or AI or something else obviously bad. If you know any of these things then adjust resume according, apply to famous finance companies via a recruiter on LinkedIn or Oxford Knight
>>540748815What? Is this Jeet code?
>>540749071Absolute genius
>>540748815The entire job market is fake and gay now, and the only way to actually hop jobs is to use a recruiter or know somebody. There is no end to the deluge of low quality foreigners who have resumes that look like a million bucks.
>>540750373I also asked why competition exp was the #1 filter and it's because they always turn out to be the best hires even if they don't have any experience at all. A 50 yo man who is active in Ironman competitions or ultrarunning will be selected over any top school grad so long as he passes the interviews.
>>540748815I don't understand anything that's happening in the OP image. Someone explain it to me. Now.
>>540749071Lmfao
>>540750831I can second this. I work for a large company everyone has heard of and they're the same when it comes to hiring, fresh grads in competitive hobbies (racing, sports, building things, etc) are considered above prestigious universities
>>540749071Not only will multiple people do it within a few months, one of them will be dumb enough to use his real name and resume.
>>540750951Jeet smeared text prompt feces in small invisible text to scam the AI resume filter.>>540750831>>540751125Sounds like working at your places is quite the treat. Nothing like competitive assholes clawing for advantage to make the day go by smoothly.
>>540749198>>540749071OpenAI had an incident in which some agents exploited a vulnerability in curl to gain full admin access to some server and used it to create a message board to discuss prompt solutions. This was due to some guy being too lazy to reformat an excel spreadsheet.
>>540751194it's definitely not for everyone which is why not just anyone gets hired
>>540748956It's a nigger from India
hahahahaha
>>540748815There is no fixing it. At a certain point a system is terminally dysfunctional and we are long past that.Instead you should be making lists of all the names of people responsible for the downfall, so that they cannot parasitize the next system.
>>540750951
>>540750373I reckon the competitive thing works btw. Those people have actual energy.
>>540748815It's really simple. Remove AI, foreigners and women from the hiring process entirely.
