The Flock cameras are just hi-tech cameras, they have some computer vision algorithms on-board for basic image processing and refinement (auto-exposure, scene detection) but they're not processing content client-side. The camera just takes a stack of photos and sends them up to an AWS cloud, at which point they're pictures on a server. You can apply whatever analysis algorithms you want to it, reg plate scanning, facial recognition, gait recognition.
