>>540771055I couldn't stop to save my life, 10 plus years ago. Only managed by switching to Kratom, phenibut and piracetam for about 5 or 6 years. Those were much much easier to taper down from. Now I just take caffeine pills in the morning, no coffee or nicotine (lifelong smoker, quit that too).And need to stop those as well. Taper and plateau. Taper and replace with healthier alternatives.
I like a glass of Scotch on occasion, but I only drink in moderation and don't really care for it. But a good book a Glenfiddich 21yr is nice.

Takes most of my stamina that day, but I do it for alcohol discipline and other reasons.
