The image insinuates a **geopolitical chain reaction risk** stemming from Turkey's simultaneous membership in two distinct alliances: NATO (Club A) and a separate pact with Saudi Arabia and Pakistan (Club B).The core argument is that an attack on **Pakistan** could indirectly drag the entire **NATO** alliance into a conflict, even though Pakistan is not a NATO member. The infographic outlines this specific escalation path:1. **Pakistan** is attacked, prompting **Turkey** to intervene due to their bilateral pact.2. If **Turkey** is subsequently attacked while assisting Pakistan, **NATO**'s collective defense obligations (Article 5) could be triggered.3. Consequently, **NATO** might be forced to enter a war that originated outside its own borders. The graphic emphasizes that this is **not an automatic guarantee** ("It's not automatic 'Pakistan gets NATO'"), but rather a dangerous **possibility** where Turkey acts as the bridge that pulls the broader alliance into a regional conflict.
>>540797425And if NATO doesn't do anything then it proves it. It's just conditional which means it's nothing. It just means that it like it's just a bunch of people who said they'll defend each other if they would like to defend each other
>>540797425Turks have to be the worst dumb Ally
>>540797425>im personally excited about brown street shitter in natoKek
>>540797425NATO pact doesn't initialise if a member attacks a country, then they retaliate and attack that member. It's a defensive pact.
>>540797707Well to me it just shows that NATO's a jokeIt shows that Russia was truly correct the whole time and that it is conditional and that it isn't some like natural. You know you attack one and you attack on all That's absolutely untrue as we can see what the fuck if turkey got attacked right now because they were helping Pakistan or Saudi Arabia. Nobody would come to their rescue because that's stupid And guess what? That's really this real situation. That's not some fucking makeup situation. That's the actuality of the world right now, so I think it's a new paradigmEssentially turkey just heavily weakened NATO if it ever was a thing anyway
>>540797838The whole point is that Russia was right the entire time They always said that it was conditional and that it's not really like. Oh my goodness, if we attack one they're immediately going to come back and attack us and now this is going to prove it because guess what Eventually Pakistan or Saudi Arabia will be attacked and then turkey will have to defend them because they have a nice big army and then turkey will be attacked and then what will it do I guess it might call article 5 but if it did that would prove that an attack on one is not an attack on all because nobody would want to engage in that, meaning NATO is really just an agreement between a bunch of countries that say that an attack on one is an attack on all but only if everybody's really in agreement about every little detail
>>540797425i hope indian jeets and paki jeets start another war
>>540797918I mean, it's not that complicated. Think about it: If I wanted to test your gang's alliance, I'd go to a bar.I walk up to one of you and punch you in the head.If none of you attack just because he said bad words, that proves that you aren't really much of a gang. You're more like a group of friends who team up if you think he's right. That's a lot different than me walking into a bar and thinking, "Holy shit!" That's the Hell's Angels. If I look at one of them the wrong way, he might think I did something wrong. I'm going to get fucked up. I better not mess with him. That's the whole point of NATO. You know, that's what NATO is supposed to be. It's supposed to deter attacks through defense. An attack on one is an attack on all si vis pacem, para bellum.
>>540797978>>540797978Perfect example right there man what happens if India gets really you know jumpy and attacks Pakistan and then turkey has a defend Pakistan and then India somehow attacks turkey no matter how unlikely that is. What is Target going to do call an article 5 on fucking India you know what I mean. This is stupid
The idea that NATO is just an alliance of friends is stupid and naive. Many of you are really stupid.A while ago, dumbass lefties were saying that about Ukraine. Why do you think Ukraine wanted to join NATO? It's an organization that helps people in need.Everybody was considering helping them, but they said no because being part of NATO meant no. If you attack us, we can invoke Article 5, and everyone has to come to our rescue. At least, that's how it used to be thought of. I'm not saying that it was ever really that way in law, but the law, words, and rules-based orders are obviously bullshit, which is clear and evident right now because Turkey is deciding that the entire organization is probably not worth it. If you don't think the Turks considered this and decided it was better to form a real alliance with someone and hope for the best with NATO, you're crazy. They see the writing on the wall. The United States doesn't really like NATO, and Turkey is honestly in a better position than most countries because it doesn't have as many oil issues if NATO really needs help.
In other words, I know the text-to-speech engine is messed up, but Ukraine didn't want to join NATO because people were considering helping you. They wanted to join NATO because if you were attacked, you could call on everyone else to come to your immediate rescue. That's not how it's going to be now.Even if it never was like that, it never was tested. Now it's been tested
Let's consider a near future in which Saudi Arabia is attacked with missiles. The Turks come to their aid, and then, you know, whatever happens, happens. Then, some random "terrorist" attacks the Turks, who try to draw NATO into the Middle East.I actually can't think of a better legal way to draw NATO into this war than doing that than joining like for turkey to join some weird thing cuz they're a weird. You know Fringe Nation on the outskirt of NATO They get attacked and draw NATO into the Middle East
Feels good not to be in such cuck alliance, even though EU might drag us out due to EU-NATO miscibilitystill, Turkey, Saudi, Pakistan alliance really shows up their truth muh islamic strong alliance. yet still fragile>Turkey vs Saudi adversity in leading sunni islam world (which were exposed as weak larping bloc)>Pakistan being nothing more than indians that converted to islam. they will always be the low caste yes man followers that suckle to any strong islamic world.besides, these three members have their own problems>pakistan with india. pakis can slaughter indians en masse, but it'll ended up as pyrrhic victory>turkey with israel, which complicates relations with NATO that demand turkey to surrender to israel and focus their war power against Russia>Saudi Arabia being incompetent by itself, can't handle YemenWhat will these three islamic alliance do? they're impotent. they have multiple enemies to fight and can only choose one. being crushed by israel is a certainty>fight and destroy yemen, have less military resources to fight israel>fight and destroy iran, congratulations for doing the job for israel for free>fight israel, expect retaliation from NATO. turkey will be kicked out from NATO, and even saudi arabia might let turkey die alonetldr, lipsync damage control propaganda after being shown to be impotent against israel and iran.
>>540797425that's not how it works. you have bilateral agreement with Israel. no NATO country except you are killing children with jews.
>>540797425>might beBut won't be, since everyone will just decide to not fulfill their Article 5 obligation.>But they gave their word!Which is worthless from any Western country, why try to reclaim it with suicide?
Does Turkey even have an army? Why would the have pakistan's back? How would they even get there? So many questions about this thread.
>>540797511Turkey is part of two different alliances that could have conflicting interests. Turkey doesn't even fulfill the most basic NATO criteria and would have already been kicked out if not for realpolitik. The only NATO country that would rush to help Pakistan in war alongside Turkey is the US, which is right now also the weakest link of NATO as an alliance from a European perspective. NATO countries would not help the Trumpist US in a war anywhere unless Trumpists made major changes to their foreign policy first to align it with the purpose of NATO's existence. Helping Pakistan militarily would be against the values NATO was created for regardless. This is exactly why Turkey's membership is a contradiction. Other NATO members would still provide Turkey defensive aid to protect its territory, but not extend that aid to offensive operations and hence Pakistan.Everyone knows the America-led NATO is already unviable. The primary consideration for Russia at this point to not openly aggress a NATO country is not the US. The US is secondary now. America does still have some sane politicians who might throw their weight around, which makes it unpredictable for Russia, but with or without the US, Russia is facing an allied response if it decides to open another front. As the US has degenerated into what it is, European countries are building stronger ties between themselves. In time, Europe will seek to separate itself from the US further. There is no going back at this point because no one will ever again trust the US. The American era and US hegemony are now at the end, and Trump served his master in the Kremlin well in doing that. Unfortunately for Europe it takes a long time to disconnect from the US because Americans were adamant about being Europe's defender so that the US could maintain its global hegemony. That's why it's a separation that takes time.
