Medical industry prescribes these extremely UNSAFE drugs to unsuspecting victims and then denies evidence the drugs are deadly. Same bullshit as vaccines.
>>
Mass shooters all seem to take them.
>>

The connection isn't the SSRIs, it's the v2k. SSRIs seem to make people sensitive to EMF and infrasound. Those are the "hallucinations" reported in side effects.
>>
Take your meds schizo
>>
I've been on ssri. the trick is that physical withdrawl causes massive psychological stress, which will easily snap ya, which means you have to go back on ssri. it's an infinite prescription exploit.
>>
I think it's interesting that if you go to a real doctor and they think your levels for cholesterol or insulin or anything else are wrong they will do a blood test and then give you medicine meant to bring your levels back to what is supposed to be healthy, but if you go to a (((psychiatrist))) they just write you up for pills based on talking to you for a few minutes and they have no idea what the "correct" level of serotonin in your brain is supposed to be.

Communists on /pol/ can't handle a little pathetic pill. If you take an SSRI and shoot up a daycare, you are in the 0.0001% of the medicated.

This board used to be libertarian, but now it is too retard to get to those levels again.

the "brain zaps" are real. you take these things expecting relief but never get it. when you stop using them you will literally be woken out of sound sleep by a buzzing noise in your mind and a physical reaction similar to seizures. never again, never ever again

Do not reply to this spamming retared fsggot

SSRI's work only if you also apply yourself and do some work. Not a magic pill.

And what if you commit regular old suicide, as is a listed known adverse effect? Become anhedonic, impotent, obese, and so on and so fort, ad infinitum.

Also, considering these pills are distributed globally to countless millions of people on a daily basis...

> 0.0001%

might be unacceptable high. If that even is the real statistic and not something you just pulled out of your arse like your brother's Bad Dragon dildo.

There is no way they are selling a medicine that makes people go on mass shootings. That is a product of american culture, and therefore is beautiful and respected. This is an attempt to steal the american cultural heritage and make it a product of pharmaceutical achievement. It is not.

The american Timothy has this particular compulsion - a mass murder emergency -, where they must take on arms and start shooting at defenseless people who have nothing to do with their problems. It is their right, the very prerrogative of their nation.

It has been known that just like pakistanis and indians have sexual emergencies, americans also have mass murder emergencies. These cultural impulses need to be understood and respected, not blamed on medicines.

I needed that shit in my 20s. Otherwise I would have blown my brains out. My brain's chemistry sorted itself out a couple years ago so I got off of them, but it was necessary for me when I was younger. A lot of brain problems are just chemical imbalances, and medicine that can correct that shouldn't be stigmatized. Wrongful application and over prescribing can be a bad thing but a lot of people need that stuff to function.
>>
>>540807225
Funny that my doctor was adamant that I do not come off cold turkey and I had to adhere to a plan which eased me off over a long period of time lest the side effects be too strong/potentially dangerous. Studies/official advice says a lot of shit, experience teaches you the reality of things.

People just don't pay attention to the predictive programming anymore. Serenity came out in 2005 and the whole driving factor turned out to be the Pax which was a drug they released into the air. A majority of people it made them compliant and docile but for the rare few it made them hyper violent.

SSRIs are the Pax.

They either quit reporting mass killers on SSRIs or we need an updated list.

I stopped cold turkey. Felt weird for like 2 weeks but it went away.
Definitely felt an urge to start taking them again because I was worried that I was going to feel like that forever.

I just take edibles every evening now. Works better than SSRIs for anxiety I have found because the "hangover" from marijuana seems to relieve a lot of my anxiety during the day and makes me really extroverted.

SSRIs have all the severely unpleasant side-effects of hard drugs (psychosis, skin picking, weight gain, tremors, etc) but no fun ones and no evidence they actually treat depression.

>but if you go to a (((psychiatrist))) they just write you up for pills based on talking to you for a few minutes and they have no idea what the "correct" level of serotonin in your brain is supposed to be.

regular doctors do the same shit to little kids all the time with psychiatric drugs like ADHD pills mostly i think. amphetamines and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, basically putting them in a state of constant fight flight or freeze in their entire formative years specifically while being around their peers

>there's still people that believe in "chemical imbalances" in this very thread

I never realized it until now but like 99% of people are fucking retarded. Like literally brain dead, retarded goycattle that take pill after pill without even doing any research into them. For years and years. Decades, even. It's just a pill that balances out the chemicals in your brain.

Jesus christ. They disproved the serotonin theory in the early 1980s.

>There is no way they are selling a medicine that makes people go on mass shootings.
It's more complicated than that and risks increase exponentially with improper use, quiting without weaning off/medical supervision, skipping doses, etc.

Furthermore, the theory behind this class of psychopharmaceuticals; intended to restore a physical imbalance/shortfalling supposedly, has recently been disproven and the current stance seems to be: it does something and we have a tradition of prescribing it, so we're going to continue anyway oklolbye.

So perhaps, instead of thinking up some retarded favela thoughts, the next time read up on the basics first and spare us all the hasle of reading your retarded bullshit.
>>
>>540809536
It's so fucking tiresome. The entire idea that serotonin regulates mood on a one dimensional axis of concentration is asinine. It's like if I wanted to make my car faster so I checked the coolant level, saw it was low, and filled my entire engine with water because clearly if speed is low and coolant is low than more coolant= more speed. Except psychiatrists didn't even check the coolant level, they saw that radiators exist and therefor they govern speed.

That is not even that extreme of an abstraction of how the actual serotonin hypothesis was developed. Early on it was discovered that there's a lot of serotonin in the part of the brain that regulates mood so if someone is sad they must not have enough right?
>>
>>540806612
I just do amphetamines, coffee, and nicotine, like a real white man.
>>
>>540809509
the only way you can prove that is by carving open someone's brain when they're happy or sad

I think the reason people are so fucking unhinged these days is BECAUSE so many are on this psychiatric mind-rape slop.
SSRIs are evil.

The trick is to wean yourself off very slowly. Like 1/8 of a pill every 2 weeks or even slower, depending on how long you took them for. You'll get brain zaps and feel like shit but it's doable
>>
>>540809863
Ok so why construct a hypothesis on an untestable? Why take that same hypothesis and apply it as a treatment standard?
>>
>>540809536
Technically the way SSRIs work is via increasing brain neurotrophic factor. You can get this same effect from any serotonin based drug. Because all SSRIs technically are is psychedelics that you take long enough to develop a tolerance for and then the only remaining effect is the reuptake inhibition. But for the first 2-3 weeks you'll feel the actual psychedelic effects. They just design the drugs in a way that reduces the psychedelic effects because it's undesirable.

If you took MDMA every day for example after about a week or two you'd stop feeling as high and only the reuptake inhibition would remain. MDMA is actually a fairly potent reuptake inhibitor. Just as are most drugs that bind to 5-HT2. All drugs that interact with the seronergic system will increase BNF and cause neuron and synapse growth.

goycattle defending SSRI's are just horrified that their soul was ripped from them and now they are permanently part of the goyhive. these things like all psychiatry are pure evil. if you instantly trust a doctor who tried to push these on you are were born a goy. if you reject the doctor and have an instinct to run the fuck out of the hospital or attack the doctor you were born based. ssri enjoying goypiggies will seethe uncontrollably at this post.

maybe. ive read that heroin is a literal "jump off a cliff if I can't have it" thing that you have to dodge for the rest of your life if you get off it. definitely going to lose motor skills if you abuse alcohol for an extended period of tim3.

moral of the story is; mental health is serious but not if you have a wife, kids, nice cars and feel sad sometimes. go to texas roadhouse or something

>>540809863

They work for people with actual problems. Not for women who want attention because their daycare office job is "stressful", nor are they for those who should be taking antipsychotics.

SSRIS work and work well. For those that don't, they may have genetics that will not allow one of them to work, or they need antipsychotics.

If you give SSRIs to someone who is already borderline psychotic it will make it worse. Also sends bipolar people into mania and rage.

Hope that clears it up, retards. Enough with your faggot Fox news talking points. Go drown yourself with alcohol and self-medicate your anxiety and die before 40 then.
>>
>>540810074
carving open someone's brain isn't untestable! Observing the chemistry in action pretty much is impossible. But the point of ssri pills is to cause psychosis not to treat it. science isn't a requirement.
