I do NOT consider myself Indian at all, i do not relate to any of these new-coming Indians at all. I am born in Canada, i ran the terry fox run over a dozen times growing up I don’t even look Indian, i been told i am very handsome by many girls since keeping a thick faded beard. I basically look more Persian or arab. I am genuinely close to a chadlite, especially with a fresh beard/haircut. Now… i don’t even relate to the Indians that been here for a long time like the aunties. These aunties always try and put you down, if they see (people my age) you are doing well at a young age, like happy or making money in a different way they will try and publicly bring you a notch down. I think the mindset of all these indians , especially the new fobs, is primitive and backwards. The caste system, and everything is just outdated, also there are over 2 billion of them (if you include pakistan, Bangladesh into this, which imo all these countries have the same people). And there is not a single worldcup team here lol. Now the specific part of India where my family, and our community and all my family’s friends are from is Gujarat. These people have been in Canada since atleast the 2000s, some long before that… And within this community they are all very VERY high achievers, especially the people my age. Its expected to excel at school and be sociable. The people my age, especially the “popular” and “good looking” ones, are all in medical school or dental school. But, in general, these Gujarati they are essentially like brown Jews. All these people care about is money, and their status and reputation within the community and saving more money. They are mostly all Conservative politically (republican equivalent). I just don’t relate to all this.
