Not trying to be cynical. I think about dying. Like, why live and suffer right now?Anyway, back in December of 2024, Elon Musk was on X saying that Americans are lazy when White Americans (I'm not white, but I am American) were saying that they couldn't get a job in the IT sector. Many seemingly white Americans saying they have to work at call centers or can't attain a job. Elon Musk and Vivek responded saying there wasn't enough Americans to choose from and that the H1B Indian hires were just better (correct me if I'm wrong it has been 20 months). It was interesting as I have told people that getting a job has become difficult and it's not necessarily because you did anything wrong. Yes, some people perform poorly on interviews and some violate company police or act inappropriately during work to lose their job. However? It didn't explain why it seems it's harder to get employed. I knew it was due to maybe biased hiring standards, cheaper labor or jobs don't exist anymore.I recently joined this program hoping they get me hired, but as we went through professional development classes hearing all the certs I need tuned me out. Why do I need to complete and fulfill so much requirements for a job others seem to get with less effort?Except in these forums I don't really see people discuss the reality that sometimes putting a paywall behind a job can have severe consequences. You need certs, licenses and resources (like a cleaner needs money to buy their own cleaning equipment). I need a car but due to not being able to work and not having support from family I can't get one which makes me unsuitable for alot of jobs where I live.I'm thinking of so much all at once right now. I understand my situation and I read "Young people don't want to work." And it's like how is the much more older people so blind to things? Well, it's not just jobs, but I've noticed a cultural decay. The best music is not mainstream or on mainstream platforms. It's from regular people
Truly the state of things
>>540809715It seems like we're just acting as if nothing is wrong. Life can be hard, but what really breaks people is being denied the ability to live. Some people are in their homes everyday not because they're socially awkward or losers who have zero ambition. Some people have nothing to do, no money to interact with anything and no social hangout spots to socialize. For some reason, young people are blamed for the alcohol industry losing revenue while being denied participation by working. To add insult to injury it's not like you can afford anything when the cost of living increases which means your money has less value. To say you have to save money then told to spend it to save industries just reminds me alot of our elders aren't reliable people to listen to. It seems they're thinking based on how they grew up instead of advice that is based on being informed on the current state of things.
I didn't know there was a word for something I was describing here. The part where there is a paywall behind certifications and credentials that as a result deny you employment as many jobs require some credentials. I didn't know it was called credentialism. I always hesitate to discuss it because to the common person it may appear to sound like a take that promotes anti intellectualism. I am confused to why it isn't a prominent discussion on how forcing everything to require some form of credentials can block people out from participating in society. There are many talented people who are talented at something that have no credentials whatsoever. Some people can't afford to attain the credentials even if they have taught themselves.

There's jobs.. jussayin.
>>540809341life is pointless now nobody cares about anything anymore even if you gave me a lambo i would get bored the second day im just speedrunning to the grave
>>540813293>pointlessSince when has man not been searching for purpose?
>>540809341None of what you are saying matters. The Jews that run the world decided to destroy white people and white people fell for it because they think Jews are white.
Last bump friendo...Not at all surprised OP can get zero traction with an actual topic that bots and shills and newfags can't be bothered with.Godspeed everyone.
>>540813293Extremely relatable even though I'm not the materialistic type.
>>540813705Thanks. I appreciate it
>>540813242Maybe your kid lives in a different region than me. Markets vary city, county, and state.
>>540812822Not sure why the government isn't looking at that and thinking "We should create a pathway for that" considering the LGBTQ were getting gender reaffirming care
>>540813803Obviously.. If you can't find and secure $20/hr.. you need to move. Another.. need X to Y and need Y to X scenario. Again, all by design. Break out. People do it.>>540813857Pretty sure there are rideshare programs. Carpool? Bus? Government is almost never the answer.

Nope, it just needs a bit of cleaning. Then we can move on to the next levels.I mean strange times, sure, but it's nothing new under the sun you know!
You type in a forthright and honest way so mentally ill shutin retards are not going to engage with you. These problems have been established. The truth is you need to just burdenmaxx into opportunities.
Plasma flame, invisible to the eye, cleanses the forest of the dead trees
>>540814424I'm surprised to read that I come off as honest. These are my true thoughts, but I'm used to more negative feedback. What is burdenmaxxing?
