By circumventing it, as in implement a workflow of reproductible solutions and effectively make the government either utterly redundant or outright obsolete, ie print your own money using tengible valuation method that arent beholden to pencil pushing financers and bean counters and isnt linked to central banking in any way whatsoever (basically become living proof the fed control of currency is a net detriment to its valuation by providing a viable alternative not under their control), enforce justice via an alternative legal system that do not require the federal gov to act as an overarching authority figure for the sake of giving it legitimacy yet is still just (basically throw english common law out the window due to its inherent flaws and create something from scratch, and favor a system that can punish both sides if the legal conflict is the result of both parties malfeasance, no more of that winner vs loser shit, make it so the purpose of the system is to seek impartial justice, not just favor whichever side happens to spin a convincing legalese spiel) so that using the legal system carry a caveat that you can get screwed over at a moment notice. The point being that the court is a mean to help reach a definite conclusion quickly, not just be a mean to an end for whoever had the emone to turn it into a war of attrition, and thus incentivize conflicting parties to seek solutions on their own, basically dont call in the lion to the feast expecting them to share the spoils in either side favor.

Any electoral reform that serves these two goals is objectively a win for our democracy, and if we can achieve both we would quickly have a much healthier society.
