They're not going to sell the drone directly because that breaks some agreement they have, but they'll let them into their factory, let them photograph the entire operation, probably straight out give them the blueprints, and then sell them the parts they need to build the drones. See if China will let you photograph their production lines for their fighter jets. They wont'. If they don't want you to see it they won't let you in with a camera and let you walk around taking pictures.If I was russian I'd be pissed, but what are they going to do? cut ties with china?
