not really, i graduated college but i don't use my degree. i make around the average for my area, pretty rural.

dad almost died in a motorcycle accident and was out of work for a while but recovered, worst part. grew up really 'house poor' for a while though but better than living in the ghetto. almost never went out to eat or got fast food or went to the movies or theme parks but never starved and never saw eviction notices.

Reflecting on all that I'd say you are 95% right that I didn't have it too hard growing up and learned how to live well and that's why everything is relatively fine. I mean, i'm so normie my parents are coming up to visit us this weekend and we all plan on having a great time.
