>>540860728The truth for both sides is logistical difficulties, Ukraine has weapons and money but they’re short on manpower so they import mercenaries and PMC groups, Russia is throwing mass deployments around however they don’t want to waste all of their resources on small objectives and on top of that they are still liquidating most Soviet surplus, either way it all equals out to a shitty meat grinder that goes back and forth every month or so. Ukraine still has a state and that’s the only thing keeping them somewhat stable in terms of fighting ability and organization and Russia is starting to expand its drone capabilities significantly so it’s gonna be interesting to see how the fall and winter are gonna be
