Even if you could magically reset things to how they were in the 90s, you'd still be beset by jewish messaging on all sides (they were just - mostly - more subtle about it) and things would inevitably start moving back towards where we are now (because a lot of damage had already been done - the effects just hadn't fully manifested). The 90s was a much better time, sure, but it was also a step on the way to where we are now. And you could say that about every decade going back to WWII.
