How can burger style capitalism fix high food prices when everyone must eat to live? The producers can keep the food preserved longer than you can starve.

Don't buy processed food.
My farmers market sells
>6 corn on cob for $1.
>5lbs of potatoes for $2.

Cheap food stores sell
>3 corn on cob for $1.
>5lbs of potatoes for $5.

Processed(skinned and cut)
>1 corn on cob for $1.
>2lbs of potatoes for $5.

Frozen
>1 corn on cob for $2.
>1 lbs of potatoes for $5.

In meal
>1 corn off cob for $3.
> 1lbs of potatoes for $10. (3 hashbrown at $3 each)

Fast food
>1 corn off cob for $6. (2 servings, $3 each)
> 1lbs of potatoes for $30. (6 hashbrown at $5 each)

Until you reach the point of complete self-sufficiency your entire life should be directed towards reaching self-sufficiency. You should wake up in the morning with a plan to do as much as you can to reach that goal. Every minute of every day should be spent achieving it. You should go to bed at night reflecting in what you did and did not do to become self-sufficient and making adjustments for the next day.
Until you reach this point you are not a sovereign citizen. You are a slave to a system designed to keep you in slavery and your political opinions and agency cannot be trusted on their own merits.
But it's easier to complain and 4chan in this regard will never not be slaves.

Try asking your parents how little fast food they bought and how much more they home cooked. Might surprise you they didn't eat at restaurants 4 times a week and 5 meals of fast food but only had fast food 1 or 2 times a month and same with restaurants.

A pound of grass fed organic hamburger is about $9 in the us right now at a the grocery store if you buy a pound at a time, which satisfies mot of a person's daily calories. Rice, bread, whatever else to fill in your caloric deficit. So that's about $300/month if you don't buy processed foods and only eat the highest quality meat. Step down to chicken or pork and things get cheaper.

But what's the problem there, if you consider your other expenses? I think a single on foodstamps could afford that.
