Do their wives go to book club together? They're all neighbors wouldn't it be cool if they all had world peace in the District? They must all know each other, eat at the same places, etc. They should all be friends.
>>540913054more like support groups
>>540913425Explain? like they all go to group therapy?

>>540913604yes but for licking imperialist boots
>>540913054They all reside in Northwest DC, colloquially called “North White”
>>540913777Yeah diplomats in DC have it so fucking good. They live in the most beautiful homes and neighborhoods and just live the high life. I think they all know each other too. Must be hell to be recalled or sent home. >>540913906How? Why? Lots of "un-friendly" countries have diplomats here.
>>540914172Their homes are fucking beautiful. These guys are so lucky and awesome. Not only are their offices cool but their homes are amazing
>>540914179the joke is that their job would be hell right now
>>540913054
>>540913054Probably not. They are probably more interested in getting coffee with their assigned country’s diplomatic counterparts or a national of their own country (such as a businessman operating in the country). >>540913777I hope you get it, if you’re not evil. I recommend all intelligent non-evil men to consider the profession. But most here have never heard of it and those that have they dismiss it as “Low-paying” without factoring in the free food, housing, educational subsidies (if they are dependent children), lower cost of living, pension, etc. Anyone not a profligate spender can retire after 35 years will have a paid-off house in the DC beltway with $1 million in home equity, $1 million in a defined-contribution retirement account, and a $70K annual pension (above and addition to Social Security). >>540914179>Yeah diplomats in DC have it so fucking good. They live in the most beautiful homes and neighborhoods and just live the high life. I think they all know each other too. That’s only the top diplomats. Nearly all diplomats don’t have a mansion with servants; they are instead paid an allowance enough to afford safe and secure accommodation. >Must be hell to be recalled or sent home.It depends on not everyone likes the DC or Americans. Imagine being from a warm climate and being assigned to that cold shithole. Also, it is far from a lot of countries. Any European diplomat would rather be in Europe being they are a one hour flight from home.
>>540918142I'm from Europe and love it here. I'm not a diplomat though don't get any fancy ideas
