>FeelsTemperature is an objective empirical measurement."Feels like" is entirely subjective and only retards use it.
>>540919741They can have two unfiltered bottles per day straight from lake Winnebago.
>>540919590If your internal body temperature gets above 100f for over 2 hours your testicles could explode watch out brother
>>540919907The feels like temperature is often the same or even lower than the actual ambient temperature in places like that. It's very dry aside from a very small part of the year when they get monsoon activity. But yes, I agree. Heat indices are bullshit. Humidity feels awful, but it's just different. 110F heat index at 90F feels much different than 110F ambient. You can cool off much easier in low humidity heat by dousing yourself in water or seeking shade.
>>540920240>>540919590These are literally normal and seasonable temperatures for that region, btw. Call me when it's 120F+ across the region.
>>540919590Damn, it's almost like deserts get hot.....atleast, that is what I was taught in school years ago....maybe it's right wing propaganda....

>>540919590>stay out of the sun, keep physical activity to the minimum. if you have to go out in the sun, you're better off covering up more skin or you'll get sunburnt. if you need to drive, wait until aircon kicks in before you go>shut blinds/curtains as much as possible. spray or wipe some water on the inside of windows then press aluminum/tin foil on to make it stick, or use blu-tak or sticky tape>if you have AC or a fan then use that>if you don't have AC: when it's hotter inside than out, open windows/doors until shortly after sunrise>drink enough water>strongly recommend avoiding alcohol>cool (NOT cold) showers or bath, damp towel
