A single vote does not matter. I know some pretentious political science major will disagree. But consider this: if a single vote really matters, why aren’t there any political outreach/“get out and vote” campaigns targeting individual citizens? Those campaigns always reach out to groups of people, not individuals. If a single vote mattered, then convincing 1 person to vote would be sufficient.
