Health Care is CAR tier, after 6months of waiting time you might get a x-ray or MRI done oh if you need a simple surgery like a broken arm that be pay it yourself(and get it done 5min after your payment clears)( or you might get a appointment for it in 12-36 months, nothing they can do about it.

After a certain point, a higher degree of government intervention in society actually weakens society instead of strengthening it. For example before socialism, white people were capable of avoiding mass degeneracy, because they enforced their will upon eachother privately. After socialism, even touching someone in public gets you a lawsuit. Nordics aren't even allowed to raise their childen without government interference. This is why their society and our society is being overrun by unruly foreigners who do not play by the rules while the natives do nothing about it.

Also, it is still totally possible to ruin your life while a ton of social safety mechanisms are in place. The difference is you have to do much worse to go bad when the government is holding your hand and stopping you from starving or being lynched etc. Whereas in a tough society, that doesn't have a ton of handrails like welfare etc, even slight errors result in ruin. That is why you see a mass production of failed people from socialist societies, they can spend their whole lives failing terribly while the government protects them. They may not even realize they are failing because there are no negative consequences for their bad actions.
