Being nice to people is easy when I realize that just not being around is an act of kindness towards others.
I have defined logics.
I'm very polite and respectful. I just don't want third world cultures on this island as it will only end badly. About 15 years ago I worked in social care looking after residents with dementia. I remember several of the residents telling me I was the only member of staff who ever treated them like a person. Unsurprisingly, 95% of the staff were foreign and simply there for a paycheck. It was a sobering moment that illustrated that those people were parasites and brought little value to my community.
