I mean the PLA has built up and planned for an invasion many times more massive than what the US and UK did on D-Day. But they won't do it until the weather is right, the US is weak or out of the region, Japan and South Korea are unwanting or unable to helping in a potential war, and China's own forces are at a massive disadvantage for what the PLA could reasonably deploy for ground warfare within maybe two months of the conflict.
