If you’re a nudist and it’s non-sexual and it’s your lifestyle and it’s your kid that’s up to you. Your comic implies (1) that’s the baby’s father and (2) it was accidentally taken, neither of which applies in her case so you can throw that argument out. She took snap videos of pic related which she may have distributed and those are extremely serious charges. One of the reasons she’s whimpering in court is she’s finally realized even a plea deal means years (even if it’s only 3) in prison with no early release. In addition it would mean she’d still be under decades long probation afterwards and restrictions (e.g. no living near schools, being left alone with children etc) which if she broke would send her back to serve her full sentence (of probably 30 years). The thing is prosecutors have a strong case with strong evidence so there’s zero chance she’s “not guilty”, it’s a matter of sentencing and avoiding having the victims go thru the trauma of testifying, so basically she’s totally screwed.
