Purchase skunk scent ampules, cheap rainwear with rubber boots and gloves, a mil surp gas mask, and tape online. Seal yourself in the middle of the night, and break the ampules with a rock in a grid pattern over the gypsy meeting space. Get outta there and ditch the hazmat set up.
